The technologies used on the public KEETCargo.com website may differ from those used within the credentialed app.KEETCargo.com environment.
8. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising
KEETCargo is not a data broker.
KEETCargo does not sell customer lists or individually identifiable customer or shipment information to unrelated third parties for monetary consideration.
KEETCargo may, however, use analytics, advertising, attribution, measurement, and similar technologies that result in certain identifiers or Internet or electronic-network activity being disclosed to technology providers.
Depending upon applicable law and the configuration and use of a particular technology, such disclosure may constitute:
- “sale”

targeted advertising
for purposes of a particular state privacy statute.
Where applicable law gives an individual the right to opt out of such activity, KEETCargo will honor valid opt-out requests as required by law.

- compliance
service interruptions; or
other transactional or operational matters.
13. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and Privacy Choices

Where KEETCargo is required by applicable law to recognize an opt-out preference signal, KEETCargo will process a valid signal as required by that law.
An opt-out preference signal generally applies to the browser or device from which it is received unless applicable law requires KEETCargo to apply the preference more broadly, including to an identifiable account.

Where required or otherwise made available, KEETCargo may provide a Your Privacy Choices or similar mechanism through our website or application for managing applicable tracking or privacy preferences.

Some browsers provide a legacy “Do Not Track” or “DNT” setting.
Because there is no universally adopted standard governing legacy DNT signals, KEETCargo does not treat a legacy DNT signal alone as a privacy request unless applicable law requires otherwise.
